1. Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital products, software applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), or websites (collectively, the "Services") operated by Gravorix Studio ("Gravorix", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms contained herein, do not purchase or access the Services.

2. Digital Products & Single-User License

Upon completing checkout, Gravorix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to access and use the purchased digital product or web application (including the Stillpoint Protocol).

Device Activation Limit: Each license key grants up to a maximum of three (3) individual device or browser activations for personal use by the license holder.
Restrictions: You may not share, sell, rent, sub-license, publish, or publicly distribute your license key or access link. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from Gravorix applications is strictly prohibited.
Revocation: Unauthorized redistribution of license keys or content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Refund Policy & Digital Finality

7-Day Defect Refund Window & Terms

Digital Goods Finality: Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of digital products and web application access keys, all sales are final once an access key is generated or delivered. We do not offer "change of mind" or satisfaction-based refunds after access has been granted.

Technical Defect Exceptions: If you experience a verified technical defect (e.g., key generation failure, broken web app activation, or corrupted assets) that our technical support team cannot resolve within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Anti-Chargeback & Fraud Protection Protocol

Gravorix actively monitors transaction security and disputes fraudulent chargebacks. Submitting a chargeback for a delivered digital product or activated license key without prior contact with our technical support team constitutes friendly fraud.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Gravorix will submit comprehensive transaction evidence to the payment processor (Stripe) and credit card issuing banks. Evidence submitted includes:

Cryptographic timestamp of license key generation and email delivery.
IP addresses and device telemetry recorded during key activation and web app usage.
Copy of these agreed-upon Terms of Service accepted during checkout.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently blacklisted across all Gravorix products and services.

5. Assumption of Risk & Behavioral Disclaimer (Stillpoint Protocol)

Educational Resource Only: Products offered by Gravorix Studio, including the Stillpoint 7-Night Reactive Dog Training Protocol, are for educational and informational purposes only. Gravorix Studio is not a licensed veterinary practice, certified animal behaviorist, or professional dog training institution.

Full Release of Liability: Working with reactive or aggressive dogs inherently involves physical risk. By using our protocols, you assume 100% of the risk associated with handling your animal. Gravorix Studio, its creators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, dog bite incident, property damage, third-party injury, or loss arising directly or indirectly from the execution of our protocols or materials.

6. Service Continuity & Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or component of our web applications at any time to improve stability, security, or usability. Major core updates will be delivered seamlessly to active license holders without additional charge.
